How to Find Your Batch Number
The batch number is an important piece of information printed on the metal base of your LED bulb. You will need it when submitting a warranty claim.
Where to Find the Batch Number
- Carefully remove the bulb from the light fitting — make sure the power is switched off first
- Turn the bulb upside down so you can see the metal base
- The batch number is printed directly on the metal base, usually alongside other product information such as wattage and voltage
Why Is the Batch Number Important?
The batch number allows our team to identify the exact production batch your bulb came from. This helps us investigate faults quickly and process your warranty claim as efficiently as possible.
