How to Get a Delivery Estimate for Your Postcode
Every product page has a live delivery estimator widget at the bottom of the page. Simply enter your postcode to see:
- Your estimated delivery date
- The shipping cost to your location
- The carrier that will be used for your order
This is the most accurate way to check delivery times as it is personalised to your specific location and the products in your order.
Same-Day Dispatch Countdown
Every product page also shows a live dispatch countdown timer showing exactly how long you have to place and pay for your order to have it dispatched the same business day. For example: "Order within 2 hrs 30 min to dispatch today."
Orders placed and paid before 10am AEST on a business day are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the same day.

If you have missed the 10am AEST cutoff but urgently need your order dispatched the same day, please contact us. A priority handling fee applies.

The following regions are excluded from our free shipping offer:
- Lord Howe Island (NSW 2898)
- Norfolk Island (NSW 2899)
- Christmas Island (WA 6798)
- Cocos (Keeling) Islands (WA 6799)
- Thursday Island and Torres Strait (QLD 4875)
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Early notification helps us open a carrier investigation while records are still fresh, ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If you notice the issue later, please still get in touch and we will do our best to help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
