Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over:

$99 to metro areas
$199 to regional areas

Shipping costs start from $8.25 for orders below these thresholds and vary based on order weight and postcode.

The following regions are excluded from the free shipping offer:

Norfolk Island (NSW 2899)
Christmas Island (WA 6798)
Cocos (Keeling) Islands (WA 6799)

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 10am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.

Priority Same-Day Dispatch

If you have missed the 10am cutoff but urgently need your order dispatched the same day, please contact us. A priority handling fee applies to move your order to the front of the queue for same-day dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order at any time using our tracking page.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels reported more than 7 days after the delivery notification.
