Shipping Options Your order will be delivered via one of the following services: - Australia Post Standard - Australia Post Express - Direct Freight Express You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over: - $99 to metro areas - $199 to regional areas Shipping costs start from $8.25 for orders below these thresholds and vary based on order weight and postcode. How to Track Your Order All LiquidLEDs orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from our Sydney warehouse to your door. Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it. Step 2 — Track Your Order You can track your order at any time using our dedicated tracking page: Track My Order Simply enter your tracking number or order number to see the latest status of your delivery. Tracking With the Carrier Directly You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number: - Australia Post — auspost.com.au/track - Direct Freight Express — directfreight.com.au - DHL Express — dhl.com/track - DHL eCommerce — dhl.com/track My Tracking Is Not Updating Tracking updates can sometimes take 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Parcel Shows as Delivered But I Have Not Received It If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check the following first: - Check with neighbours or your building manager - Check in a safe place around your property such as behind a bin or near the gate - Check if a calling card was left by the courier If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification and we will open an investigation with the carrier. LiquidLEDs ships to the following countries: - Australia - New Zealand - United Kingdom - European Union member states and surrounding European countries not part of the EU - Canada - United States - Hong Kong - Singapore - Thailand - Malaysia - India - United Arab Emirates (Dubai) - Qatar Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs for your specific location will be displayed at checkout. Tax and Duties by Region Australia No customs duties apply for domestic orders. GST is included in the product price. New Zealand GST may apply on orders entering New Zealand. Charges are the responsibility of the customer. European Union and Surrounding European Countries LiquidLEDs is registered under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. VAT is calculated and collected at checkout at the rate applicable in your country, so no additional charges apply on delivery. Please note that surrounding European countries not part of the EU (such as Switzerland, Norway and Iceland) may have different VAT and customs arrangements. This provides peace of mind by covering your order against loss, damage or theft during transit. What Is Covered? Shipping protection provides coverage for: - Lost parcels — if your order goes missing during transit - Damaged items — if your order arrives damaged - Stolen parcels — if your parcel is stolen after delivery You can read the full list of items not covered in the ShipTection Policy. What If I Did Not Purchase Shipping Protection? If shipping protection was not purchased at checkout and your order is lost in transit or items arrive damaged, LiquidLEDs will not be responsible for the loss or damage incurred. We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout, particularly for larger or higher-value orders. Will I Receive a Replacement or Reimbursement? When your claim is approved, you have the option to choose between: - A replacement of your order - A reimbursement for your purchase How to File a Shipping Protection Claim To file a claim, please get in touch with ShipTection directly via claims@shiptection.com or use the ShipTection Bot. Please be careful when entering your delivery address at checkout as LiquidLEDs will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you have made an error with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If Your Order Has Not Yet Been Dispatched Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or call us on +61 2 8880 9033 with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update the address before your order leaves our Sydney warehouse. If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched Address changes after dispatch depend on the carrier: Australia Post — You can contact Australia Post directly to request a parcel redirect. Visit auspost.com.au for more information on how to redirect a parcel. Direct Freight Express — An address change fee will apply. Please contact us and we will advise the applicable fee and arrange the change once payment is confirmed. DHL Express or DHL eCommerce — Please visit the DHL website for your region to investigate redirect options. Contact us and our team will assist based on DHL's processes for your country. If Your Parcel Is Returned to Us If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will: 1. Deduct the original shipping cost (even if free) plus an $18 return-to-sender fee 2.
