How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your LiquidLEDs product has developed a fault, we are here to help. Here is what you need to do.
What You Will Need
Before contacting us, please have the following ready:
- Your order number or other evidence of purchase
- A short video or photos of the issue, showing the product installed and powered on where possible, or the symptom if the product will not power on at all
- A brief description of what is going wrong: has the product failed completely, is it flickering, buzzing, dimming inconsistently, or something else?
- The batch number printed on the metal base of the bulb, or on the label of the driver or fitting (usually a four to six digit code), if applicable
- Whether the product is being used with a dimmer, and if so, the brand and model of the dimmer
How to Submit Your Claim
You can submit your warranty claim via our Contact Us page. Select Warranty Claim from the enquiry type dropdown and include all of the details above in your message.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your claim and supporting information, our team will review it within 1 to 2 business days. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for you. In most cases you will not need to return the faulty product unless we specifically request it.
Finding Your Batch Number
The batch number for a bulb is printed on the metal base. Turn the bulb upside down and look for a four to six digit code printed on the flat metal surface. For drivers or fittings, the batch number is typically found on a label on the side of the product.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is in addition to those rights, not in place of them.
