Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but our ability to make changes depends on whether your order has already been fulfilled by our warehouse.
If Your Order Has Not Been Fulfilled
We may be able to cancel or modify your order. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the changes you need. In some cases we will need to verify with our warehouse team before confirming, so the sooner you contact us the better.
If Your Order Has Already Been Fulfilled or Dispatched
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been dispatched. In this case, you are welcome to return the item under our 30-day returns policy once you receive it. Please see our article on How to Return a Product for more information.
What Changes Can Be Made?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can assist with:
- Cancelling the order
- Changing the quantity
- Changing the product
- Updating the delivery address (before dispatch only)
