How to Track Your Order
All LiquidLEDs orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from our Sydney warehouse to your door.
Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it.
Step 2 — Track Your Order
You can track your order at any time using our dedicated tracking page:
Simply enter your tracking number or order number to see the latest status of your delivery.
Tracking With the Carrier Directly
You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number:
- Australia Post — auspost.com.au/track
- Direct Freight Express — directfreight.com.au
- DHL Express — dhl.com/track
- DHL eCommerce — dhl.com/track
My Tracking Is Not Updating
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Parcel Shows as Delivered But I Have Not Received It
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check the following first:
- Check with neighbours or your building manager
- Check in a safe place around your property such as behind a bin or near the gate
- Check if a calling card was left by the courier
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Need It Urgently?
If you have missed our 10am AEST same-day dispatch cutoff but need your order sent out the same day, please contact us as soon as possible. A priority handling fee applies to move your order to the front of the queue.
