LiquidLEDs stands behind the quality of its products. Here is what is covered under our warranty and how to make a claim.
What Is Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal operating conditions. This includes:
- Bulbs that fail significantly before their rated lifespan
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that do not perform as described
What Is Not Covered?
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping or incorrect installation
- Damage caused by using the bulb with an incompatible dimmer switch or transformer
- Damage caused by operating the bulb outside its rated voltage or wattage
- Bulbs that have been modified or tampered with
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults in the property
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Locate the batch number printed on the metal base of the bulb
- Take a photo or video of the bulb in the light fitting showing the issue
- Note your order number and the date of purchase
- Contact us via our Contact Us page and select Warranty Claim from the enquiry type dropdown
Our team will review your claim and get back to you promptly. In most cases, if the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement without requiring you to return the faulty bulb.
