What Is LiquidLEDs Warranty?

LiquidLEDs offers a back-to-base warranty on all products, subject to the following conditions.

Warranty Periods

• LED light bulbs — warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase
• Festoon string lights — warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase

What Is Covered?

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, LiquidLEDs will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by mishandling or incorrect installation
• Damage caused by using the bulb with an incompatible dimmer switch or transformer
• Damage caused by operating the product outside its rated voltage or wattage
• Products that have been modified or tampered with
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults in the property

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please have the following ready:

1. Your order number
2. The batch number printed on the metal base of the bulb
3. A photo or video of the product showing the issue
4. Confirmation of whether the bulb was used with a dimmer switch
