I Put the Wrong Address on My Order — What Should I Do?

Please be careful when entering your delivery address at checkout as LiquidLEDs will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you have made an error with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If Your Order Has Not Yet Been Dispatched

Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or call us on +61 2 8880 9033 with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update the address before your order leaves our Sydney warehouse.

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

Address changes after dispatch depend on the carrier:

Australia Post — You can contact Australia Post directly to request a parcel redirect. Visit auspost.com.au for more information on how to redirect a parcel.

Direct Freight Express — An address change fee will apply. Please contact us and we will advise the applicable fee and arrange the change once payment is confirmed.

DHL Express or DHL eCommerce — Please visit the DHL website for your region to investigate redirect options. Contact us and our team will assist based on DHL's processes for your country.

If Your Parcel Is Returned to Us

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will:

  1. Deduct the original shipping cost (even if free) plus an $18 return-to-sender fee
  2. Refund only the product price minus those fees

If you would like the order redelivered, the applicable postage fee for your area will apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address.
