Having a LiquidLEDs account makes it easy to track your orders, manage returns and view your order history.
Creating an Account
You can create an account during checkout or by visiting account.liquid-leds.com. Simply enter your email address and set a password to get started.
Logging In
Visit account.liquid-leds.com and enter your email address and password to log in.
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to account.liquid-leds.com
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still having trouble, contact us and our team will assist you.
Updating Your Details
Once logged in you can update your:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery addresses
- Password
Viewing Your Order History
Log in to your account to view all previous orders, check order status and initiate returns.
Submitting a Return Request
You can submit a return request directly from your account. Log in, find the order you would like to return, and follow the prompts to submit your request.
